Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dulhan Singar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Cosmetic products must be unopened due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The credit will be processed within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
